Discounted price for open space at the exhibition site: USD 3100/100sq.ft

PS: The conference contract must be submitted in person before November 17th and must be a 2024 member to enjoy the on-site discounted price

Member price: Open space fee: early bird USD 3300/100sq.ft

(Register before February 16, 2024, and register thereafter for USD 3500/100sq.ft)

Member price benchmark fee: early bird USD 6200/100sq.ft

(Register before February 16, 2024, and register for USD 6400/100sq.ft thereafter)

Size annotation: 10 'x 10' (3.05m x 3.05m) is approximately equal to 9 square meters

Corner fee: USD300/Corner (corner fee can be applied for ≥ 400sqft)

Space fee: (Minimum order for outdoor exhibition booth of 400sqm. ft)

400- 999 sq.ft: USD 12/sq.ft 1,000-2,999 sq.ft: USD 11/sq.ft

Over 3000 square feet: USD 10/square feet

Mandatory insurance premium: USD100 (dynamic insurance needs to be purchased separately); Membership fee is calculated separately

Registration fee: USD500

1. After paying the membership fee, you can enjoy the membership price

2. To enjoy early bird, you need to submit an application form and pay half of the booth fee before February 16, 2024.

3. Less than 800 square feet are not allowed to apply for island or whole island booths. If you need to apply, an additional fee of USD 1150.00 will be charged for each booth

4. 10 * 10sq.ft and 10 * 20sq.ft booths can apply for standard booths, which include backboards, shelves, fascia boards, display cabinets, carpets, lights, 500W sockets, 1 table and 2 chairs, and garbage cans
